BRSI TODAY
The Board of Directors of BRSI is comprised of dedicated volunteers, a mix of professionals and parents who bring a diverse background and wealth of knowledge to the operation of the organization. The number one concern of the Board and staff is the welfare of the individuals we serve, ensuring that we are providing them with the best care possible as well as being healthy, happy, active, contributing members of the community. BRSI has recognized this commitment and service from two former long term Board Members, Johanna Sitter and Arlene Perkin, by renaming homes in their honour. In addition Johanna Sitter received SARC’s Volunteer of Distinction Award at SARC’s AGM - June, 2009.
